Credit Card transactions

Hello,

We have been using FENXT for about three years and have not been able to get the credit card feeds to work consistently. We use American Express exclusively.

Has anyone been able to successfully use credit card feeds? If so, would you mind sharing which bank. If you are using Blackbaud's purchasing cards, has the experience been seamless or do you also experience issues?

Thank you in advance for your feedback.

  • @Mary Vega Hi Mary, We use Bank of America, but were forced to also get a second credit card or purchase card, because of Blackbaud's limitation of no more than 20 users per account. After we got Blackbaud's Regions Card, which is a Purchase card, things were running smoothly. Now, after Yodlee did their upgrade, Bank of America feeds have stopped. I have had a case open with them since early January . No feeds since the last week of November. Unable to close November and December, and BB Support has been great, but apparently when sending the information to the “other” support, it's radio silence. It is great when it works. Frustrating when it doesn't.

  • @Sue Clayton Try relinking your cards. That fixed the feed for us.

  • @Mary Vega Hi Mary, we also have AMEX cards and with the Yodlee Upgrade last year, we are experiencing the same challenges @Sue Clayton described for their BoA feeds. Our case for getting our AMEX cards to connect has been open since just after Thanksgiving of last year. While I'm hoping that any day now, we could get a request to try and re-link and everything would work successfully again, it doesn't seem likely.

We are strongly considering going with Blackbaud's Regions Card as that appears to be working smoothly for many organizations. I just haven't had time to coordinate with others to plan the rollout and get a presentation rolled out to our cardholders and President.

  • @Thomas Swindell Thank you for your reply. We are exactly in the same position as you. I'll be sure to let you know if anything changes in a positive way.

    Take care, Mary

  • @Sue Clayton Thank you for your reply. We tried relinking and it is still inconsistent. We are looking into the Regions Card soon. More to come and thank you again. Mary

  • @Sue Clayton Hi Sue, we have Regions Cards and still have been unsuccessful in re-linking our accounts since December. I have an open case as well but still have not heard anything. So frustrating!
