Collecting ACH Info from Grantees
Our organization has been collecting ACH information for over 5 year now. We have changed our process a few times to make sure the info collected is safe and secure. We first had a section on the application that asked for the banking and removed it because we only wanted to collect it from those that would be funded. We have started to send a separate email via Outlook with a form attached. We are now thinking about using DocuSign. Has anyone used DocuSign to request banking from organizations?
