YouTube video locked??

So I'm working through the PowerAutomate training and I am getting this error. Seems YouTube doesn't like some of the content. Is there another way to view this video??

@Candy Reichert I've appealed the YouTube ruling. They note it may take up to 72 hrs to process the request. I'll update here when the matter has been resolved.
