Using the shared flow to send a daily gift digest of gifts in NXT. When manually testing, users who receive the email get both the link to the list of gifts, and in the body of the email they see the table generated by the flow. However when the flow runs on a scheduled basis, myself, as the owner of the flow, sees both the link and the table, however other users who get the email only see the link to the List. In place of the table, the ‘Heads up!’ message appears in the email. Why?

you can check the flow run's details.

On the flow run that is manually triggered, see the send email action and check that against the scheduled triggered flow run's send email action.

Will be helpful if you provide more details on your flow as well, how are you storing the file and how are you creating the table in the email body.

@Alex Wong The flow I'm running is the Daily Gift Digest found at the link shown here:

The only change is that the step that pulls the list of NXT gifts is coming our own NXT list, rather than the one in the template. I'll point out that the users who get the email can click on the link to the list in the email and see the list, so I don't believe it is a permissions issue within NXT.

Is it possible that the HTML table will only appear if the email recipient is already logged-in to NXT when they open the email? I ask this because one user reports now being able to see the HTML table in emails she gets after having once opened the list in NXT.

Email body content is just that, normal html code that is render as email body, there is no permission involved.

the post you reference is a basic gift digest, the email body is 1 paragraphs with a link to the gift list the original post person has on his org's RE NXT, and then a HTML table of constituent name, constituent id, and gift amount, where the constituent name is “linkable” to RE NXT constituent page, and the gift amount is linkable to the RE NXT gift page.

The email will be shown the same for anyone receiving the email. The link to the gift list from the first paragraph will land on an error page for ALL of who click on it b/c it goes to the original post RE NXT, which of course will be restricted:

the link to constituent page in the HTML table and gift page in the HTML table does not specify tenantid, so it will go to your org's RE NXT's cosntituent or gift that has the system record ID returned by the list used in the “Pull Recent Gift list from RE NXT” action.

@Alex Wong Thank you Alex. That post gave me the info I needed to fix the problem. Its working now. Problem was that link to the original developer's specific location. Changed that to our location and all is well now.
