Report - Show Students All Courses Taken and Future Recommendations

We are not to BB, and not fully launched yet.

For our scheduling conferences, we like to show students and families the courses students have taken over their entire Upper School career, along with a ‘plan’ for future course requirements/recommendations. For example, in our current software, we can map out what math courses they will most likely be qualified/recommended for for each year.

I've set up a diploma, but as we don't have our current course enrollments in the system yet, they are not effective for this purpose. I have started entering course recommendations. For example, all Spanish II students are recommended for Spanish III. Is there a report I can print for families to show them the recommendations and what has been taken, so we can help with planning to meet graduation requirements?

@Jennifer Miller - For courses that have been completed and/or in progress, I would recommend a transcript. You can design a custom one for this purpose if wanted. You may print a request and recommendation list from Academics > Scheduling > Requests and recommendations list. Just set the filters and included columns as necessary to get the data you need.
