How do you cancel a recurring credit card payment?

@Gerri Dudenhoeffer in NXT in the constituent's record click on work with gifts, Open the original Recurring Gift on the constituent's record in web view. Click Mark as: Terminated/Completed.

Thank you for helping but we are having trouble finding what to click on in the web view. What heading would you find the original Recurring Gift?

@Gerri Dudenhoeffer in the constituent Giving History, the gift Type is Recurring gift. You want that, not the payment.

@Gerri Dudenhoeffer If you select one of the recurring payments (I clicked amount) it will open side panel. There look for ‘related transactions.’ Click the amount there and it will give you the option to mark as complete.

The recurring gift itself does not appear in the gift list I guess as no $ was received at that point.
