Setting up AddressAccelerator - do we even have it?

Heya. I work for a UK charity.

When I go to Admin → Data Enrichment → Address Accelerator and select ‘update addresses’, I can an error message which says: “The data files for AddressAccelerator cannot be found. Please go to User Options and enter a valid location for the AddressAccelerator data files.”

Does this mean we don't have access to this module? Or is it just not set up correctly?

    @Sarah Jones You may not have this optional module. You would have to take a look at your contract or reach out to your account manager to see if you do.

    EDIT: If you do, you would need to install the update (AddressAccelerator files are updated every 2 months) and make sure the path to the update files is valid.

    @Sarah Jones If you have purchased that module, then you would need to add the file location to the User options for every user who will use it. Depending upon where your RE data is hosted, you'll use a different link (all of them are in the KB article that I linked).
