API failing within SSIS

I have a call to the FE Sky API from a script within SSIS. All worked great until the cipher change. Now it only works when I am running it from within Visual Studio, but not when it is running as a task from with SQL Server. I have confirmed via Fiddler that it is using TLS1.2 and the correct ciphers. Any ideas??

    Hi @Arlette Slachmuylder, I see that we included you in direct communication prior to the cipher suite change on 2/28 due to one of your applications making requests to the SKY API Gateway using the cipher suites that we were deprecating. Can you reach out to Blackbaud Support to start a support case so our team (SKY API Team) can get details on your situation to investigate the issue?
