Outlook Add-In Disconnect

Hi! Has anyone experienced having your Blackbaud Outlook add-in disconnect? Every time I reconnect it, it shows as Connected, but the functionality is still missing from my Outlook inbox. Any advice is appreciated - thank you!

@Lucy Falconer - Can you share a screenshot of what happens when you try to use the Outlook plug-in? Does an error message appear?

@Lucy Falconer we can't get it to operate without Microsoft365, although I was sure it worked in the past.

@Lucy Falconer Ours has not been functional since our IT department refuses to update our version of Outlook.

@Kisha Baker ugh it's so disruptive to not have it be working. I've tried it on both 365 and MS2016, and it doesn't work for either.

@Lucy Falconer you're talking about when you are composing or reading an email correct? It's grayed out when you are just in your inbox.

@Lucy Falconer I'm on 365 and it works for me, but our gift officers are on an older version and it doesn't work for them.
