Integrated messaging tool for sports/ theater groups, etc. ?

Hi everyone

We are looking for a tool that would work well with Blackbaud to use as real time messaging between our sports teams, theater groups, advisory etc. We don't want our coaches etc having separate text groups with the students. I don't think the messaging tool in BB would work with the limitations for notifications and also many of our coaches are not faculty. Anyone have luck with a tool? We would rather not have something where we have to input all of the roster information separately if possible. thanks!
