Bank Reconciliation - transaction limits?

When completing our payroll bank reconciliation NXT does not pull all transactions to the be cleared. At the top of the screen, I can see there are 1,929 transactions, but only 1,000 pull into the reconciliation screen. I thought when I completed the first one or two recons (when this module first became available) there was a page two with the remaining transactions, however that is now not the case. I am having to flip over to the data base view to complete my reconciliation. Is anyone else experiencing this and if so, have you found a solution?

    @Lori Kriner, that sounds like something we need to resolve through support. Not sure if it's specific to your database because I don't have enough transactions in my test environment to attempt to duplicate the issue, but if you're not able to see all of your transactions while reconciling in webview, that's not working as expected. If you haven't already, please contact support so we can get a case started for you.

  • @Lori Kriner I have been experiencing this too as we have an account that has over 1000 rows to clear – my workaround is to use the filter and to filter out the Cleared transactions, by filtering on “Outstanding” transactions only. That has the effect of reducing the number of visible rows.

    I assumed it was probably a design decision to limit the number of rows – we had a terrible time with the NXT bank reconciliations crashing when the feature was newer, so it could be that only a certain number of rows can be shown for memory reasons?

    Agree, I filter out the cleared items. I also reconcile by the day as I work through the bank statement to keep the list short to find items easier.
