    @Mike Simmons Hi Mike, Can you help me find information on the new Online Giving forms being released for Altru in early Q3 and Donor Cover that is very clear, concise, and only pertains to Altru. I have the link to the product briefing video, but it seems to go back and forth between different Blackbaud products, and it is over an hour long. Thanks! Tamara

    Fair warning to all, if you have Altru, do not use these forms. To activate these forms you must integrate your company's Paypal account into your BBMS account. However integrating your Paypal and BBMS accounts allows Paypal to be given as a payment option to your online Altru forms. The BB engineers did not sort this out before the release and Altru is NOT integrated with Paypal. So ALL your online Paypal sales will get stuck in Unresolved Online Sales. You have to watch it all day long and push through the sales so that you don't have a customer show up at your front desk with their email confirmation for tickets and your desk cannot find the order. I got on with support on 4/18 about this issue and was told it was because I didn't have Paypal set up as an online sales payment method. I got that set up yet orders kept getting stuck. Ten days later on 4/28 I get on with support and am told that Paypal is not fully integrated with Altru so they will continue to get stuck as long as BBMS and Paypal are integrated. Lastly, you have to manually go to your Paypal account and request the funds be sent to your bank account. So from a reconciling standpoint if you do not do this daily, your reconciliation will be super fun. Long story short, I have removed Paypal from our BBMS account and will not be using the new Online Donation Forms. Which is highly disappointing because they are so customizable with pictures and such whereas the Altru online forms are awful unless you want to pay a 3rd party major $$$$ to create code for them to look better. Highly dissatisfied with this roll out.
