I've seen several older posts regarding the use of the BB Purchase Cards. We are trying to streamline our credit card reconciliation, currently using Chase credit cards, but I'm concerned with the issues that have been posted that if we switch it won't be very efficient. The posts I have seem regard missing transactions that didn't import, as in MANY missing transactions. Has this issue been resolved? If we move forward, are there any rewards or cash back with the BB Purchase card like there would be with a card like Chase.

    @Pam Johnston Hi Pam, We use the Regions credit card through Blackbaud. Overall, we have had really good luck with the cards. We have had the card for three years and only had issues twice. There is a small reward, but definitely not as much as through Chase/Amex.
