Infraction Description format & Descriptions for parents - help!

The automatically generated infraction descriptions are really not intuitive or understandable, which is a problem if we want to make infractions accessible to parents. For example, we have a few infractions tied to attendance rules - basic setup, infractions triggered every time the corresponding absence/tardy reason is recorded. Example:

The school wants to use notifications from attendance-related infractions instead of emailing parents manually as it happens. Notifications are editable, but the format for auto-generated infraction descriptions isn't on the conduct setup level (only on each individual infraction, which is obviously tedious), nor can it be hidden from view if the infraction is accessible to parents.
