Mapping Out Camps, Funds, Appeals - Starting From Scratch

Hey friends! I'm working with an organization that is basically starting from the beginning. Has anyone physically mapped out their Campaigns Funds and Appeals? If so, how did you do this? The reason is I want to make sure that everything flows where it needs to go.

@Jillian Vanden Beukel I have not watched the webinar that Austen suggested, but I have always recommended this one presented by Blackbaud. Although it is a few years old, very little has changed.

I recommend watching both, and you should get some excellent groundwork to make decisions.

@Jillian Vanden Beukel I would say both of those are very good webinars to watch. It's all going to depend on how Your organization wants to use campaigns funds and appeals. There are some funny bits in the ask genius webinar about packages, that I tend to agree with but Bryan also has some great tips on different ways to use campaign funds and appeals. Both will provide you with a wealth of information
