Currently researching the best add-ons or plug-ins to add efficiency to my organization's acknowledgment process. Can anyone provide any insight into what has worked best for your org?

We've been using ReceipterPro by DonorTek but it is not a cloud based solution and needs to be installed on each workstation. I'm not sure that it will be the best solution if/when database view is sunsetted. We've been very happy with it, but I'll have to do some thinking about its viability going forward.

if you or your team has someone who's willing to try and build this out, while it involve some “no code”/ “low code” work, you can do this with Power Automate where is is a lot of template ready made to use.

Above is what I do for my org.

If you want out of the box solution, there are quite a few too, Letter Box I heard a lot and many has good thing to say about it.
