1099 Vendor Names not populating

Last year I had to manually enter in the Receipients First and Last name into the Aatrix grid. Why does this not auto populate when this is filled out in Financial Edge?

I have gone into the contact address - listed the First and Last name of the contact I have also listed the individual on the 1099 Name with last name, first name. It still does not show up on my 1099 Preparer?

@Elizabeth Holdsworth the short answer is historically the last / first name was not used when FE and aatrix first partnered. With reporting year 2023 this past January, Aatrix needed it but that's not the name field that was mapped as some vendors may not be individuals. There is a KB that shows how to get names there : 1099 first and last names
