List Chosen Activities/Athletics for Each Student

Hi all,

I recently received a request to allow each student to view the activities or sports they have chosen for each season. At the beginning of the year, each student fills out a Google form to request the activity they would like to participate in each season (3 seasons). By the third season, many students have forgotten what activity they had chosen. Is there any way for each activity or sport they sign up for to be shown on the progress tab? So there would be three activities appearing. If not, does anyone have any ideas on how to import this to their contact card, and which field would make the most sense? Any info would be great!

  • @Veronica Dimberio you can do this through the Athletics section of the Extracurricular module. You'll need to set up the different sports/activities that are available (there is a separate section called Activities if they are unrelated to Athletics) and then populate the rosters with the students who chose each one. Depending on your numbers, it's probably a good idea to use the athletics import jobs that are available under Core → System Tools → Data Import → Athletics Groups. Once you've set everything up, the students will see their teams/activities listed on their progress tab.
