Task Management / Workflow Planning Integrations

Hi all,

I'm curious about whether there are any integrations other organizations are using with RE NXT to help with workflow planning and task management. Our gift officers are specifically interested in an integration that will allow us to set up to-dos and alerts/reminders within RE NXT. They're also interested in any calendar integrations. Would Microsoft Power Automate be what we're looking for?

There are existing apps that you can connect to RE NXT to help with some of what you said, such as the Outlook add-in for RE NXT.

however, if you need something more custom, then yes, you will have to build it, the easier way to build is through power automate as Blackbaud directly provides various connectors, help file, documentation, templates, and this community have many template showcase for you to search and potentially use.
