Affinity Groups on Resources

Hi! In my ongoing quest to get a useful faculty list on our Resources page, I found the Affinity options recently. But it looks like those are only actually usable on Blackbaud websites, is that correct? I can't figure out a way to embed it anywhere…

(We aren't using the regular directories because I don't feel confident in setting it up to respect people's privacy preferences. I just want to have a list of faculty/admin with school email addresses available, and ideally it would automatically update if a teacher is added or leaves… any tips welcome!)
