Changing Batch Status on Webview

Hello everyone, I was looking on the webview and having a hard time figuring out how to change the Batch Status when the donation has already been entered. Or is this only available in the database view still?

not sure what you mean by batch status when donation has already been entered, are you trying to delete the batch and not commit/approve it?

The batch status of ‘unapproved’ changes to ‘approved' when you approve (commit) it in web view.

The gifts in web view will show on constit records as pending even if they are not yet ‘approved.’

If you have already entered the gift in db view you will want to delete the web batch.

@Elyse Theobald - If you are referring to making a batch ‘recurring’ - that is a DBV only feature.
