RENXT API Server failing to connect
Hey everyone,
Has anyone been running into issues not being able to connect to Blackbaud's server - 137.116.83.244:443 utilizing RENXT API? We keep getting a failed to establish connection because the server did not respond. There are no outages reported for RENXT and we've checked everything on our side of things.

Thank you for checking in! We had the IP address incorrect on our side. It appears that one is no longer in use - we updated to the latest one and things are working now
