Prompt to swipe card, not allowing card entry with BB checkout

Edit: This is actually only for me. The other user who reported this actually gets the CC swipe prompt even if “Card is present” is checked off. I found out this is due to Point-Point Encryption being enabled as per the KB here. However unchecking “Card is Present” still allows me to manually enter the CC, but not other users. Disabling P2P Encryption since we don't use a device, but still keeping the discussion up in case anyone has any feedback re: my access vs theirs while I look into permissions/speak to support for future reference.

When entering credit card gifts in Web View, if "Card is Present" is checked off, clicking the CC field to enter the number prompts a pop-up window asking us to swipe the CC with a connected device, which we currently done use. Unchecking it is fine, allowing us to enter the CC info in the web view as normal (using BBMS processor and BB checkout).

I'm just wondering if this was a product update I missed, either the box being checked off be default or it triggering the above prompt, as no one here can recall this happening in the past.
