Resource boards update - 4 more roles

I have a question about the recent update of the added 4 roles for resource board access. Does “Pre-enrollment” include candidates AND incoming? Or just candidates?

Hi @Veronica Zermani pre-enrollment included candidates and parents of candidates.

Incoming students and parents of incoming students have the student and parent resource board.

Parent:

• parent of candidate (pre-enrollment)
• parent of incoming student (school level)
• parent (school level)
• parent of past student (post-enrollment)
• parent of alum (post-enrollment)

Student:

• candidate (pre-enrollment)
• incoming student (school level)
• student (school level)

Alum:

• alum

Friend:

• trustee
• friend (and clones)

Faculty:

• teacher
• non-teaching staff
• activity leader
• advisor
• coach
• dorm supervisor
