Scheduled Refresh Power Bi Tile in NXT?

Hi everyone,

I built a Power Bi report using a connector to my NXT environment, and added it as a tile on constituent records. The issue I am having is I can't seem to schedule a refresh like I can for my datasets that are published to an app with OneDrive files as the data sources. I am getting the error
You can't schedule refresh for this semantic model because the following data sources currently don't support refresh:

• Data source for Query1

Any ideas on how to make sure this tile refreshes regularly without going to the power bi report, refreshing, and republishing to the workspace?

Assuming you are using the Power BI Connector for Blackbaud, which is an unoffcial connector by customer, not by Blackbaud. Since it is not an official connector published to Microsoft, you will need to setup a gateway in order to do refresh. There is documentation on how to setup gateway in community and developer.blackbaud.com
