@Michelle Kreinbrook Thanks for sending this over! Blackbaud employee here and I can confirm as it says in the status update that Blackbaud has been affected by the global IT outage like thousands of services around the world and we are currently working with partners to find a resolution.

We appreciate everyone's patience while this issue is being worked through!

@Nicole Ragno - thanks for the update. Where is the status update that you mentioned? We want to send communication out to our team and I want to use similar verbiage about the issue impacting Blackbaud right now. But also, how long do does Blackbaud think it will it take to resolve?

@Rosa Wong-Chie Truong You can see the most up to date status here: Blackbaud Status. Unfortunately since it is due to a third party I have not been given an ETA as to when it will be fixed as it's a global problem that is beyond Blackbaud.
