How do I know..., re: Updates Available

Is there anyway to determine which updates have not been rolled out to our account? For quite a while, I've been reading about new features, etc., and when I try to find them, the response is “oh that's not available for you yet”. Only when I stumble across something do I know there's been a change. I appreciate most of the enhancements that have taken place, but I don't know, what I don't know is available.

Is there a way to tell by our client ID number or other ways (i.e., if your client id # begins with 12xxx, then these functions are available)?

    The ‘upgrades’ have been starting last year and I have yet to receive any type of confirmed schedule. We have asked.

    same with us, we just happen to see that an update was done. no confirmations have been sent to let us know that something has changed.
