Adding Shadow Days Not Making Them Viewable to Parents

Is there a way to schedule our Shadow Days but not make them publicly viewable? Would unchecking the self-scheduling button work?

    Hi @Sandy Sutty! You are correct - if you allow for visits and/or interviews to be self-scheduled, then any openings you add would be viewable when a parent/candidate goes to sign up. However, if self-scheduling is not enabled, then only your school staff will be able to see the available openings and get families signed up. Your families will then only see the scheduled date/time as part of their checklist once they've been scheduled by your admin team (if the visit is tied to a checklist step).
