Hello All, new to getting started with Automate. I have seen this error in other posts but looking for guidance to fix. We are hosted in Azure (if that makes a difference). I have looked on microsoft blogs of others getting same error when using this connector, did not see any answers there either. Thoughts?

Hi, it looks like you download flow and imported it?

if so, following the instruction in the community post that shared the flow zip file is important.

This looks like an error where this populate word doc is looking for the template word document file in sharepoint somewhere to populate field with, and it can't find that template word document.

Hi Alex, thank you for response. Yes, I downloaded zip file from https://docs.blackbaud.com/microsoft-connectors-docs/microsoft-power-platform/power-automate/acknowledgement-tutorial/acknowledgement-webview which included skills lab video, I was following along. “Repeating Letter” file name was not created by me.

Looking at the link you sent, did you do this:

Where can the flow access the Word template to use?

1. Go to the action named "Populate a Word template (Letter)."
2. Update the location, document library, and file where you stored Word template in SharePoint.
