Custom/Saved Reports

What happened to all the reports that I had created in Database view? The Reporting function is gone and I can't find my custom/saved reports in NXT.

Thank you.

    @John Fodor it was removed from database view and only lives in Webview. The saved reports also live there. Check here for the Total Web Solution They've been updating it to show you when functions in the DB view will potentially disappear or stop working.

  • @Kevin Brazell Some reports have queries as a parameter. Yet, not all queries have been transferred from database view to web view. Is BB going to expedite this so that we can use our reports properly?

    @Tara Chappell as long as the reports have the queries on there as saved filters, they still work and queries themselves are slowly being pushed to webview.

    Hello John, I had this same issue. I had to sort my reports by type and then go through the list until I found the report I was looking for and then I put it in my favorites. Hope this helps.

    Where in web view do we see these moved over (from DBV) queries and/or Reports. I don't see these, but I could be looking in the wrong place. Thanks!

  • @Kevin Brazell, For some reason I don't see here where they outline specifically the total Query and Reporting roadmap for RE DBV to RE WBV, but I could just be looking in the wrong section in this link. Thank you.

  • @Kevin Brazell I literally was just trying to “chat” to them about this. At this time I'm not able to find my reports. What we used to do in database was just put dates in the G/LReports (not a saved report) and then either enter the account number, Dept and/or Sub Dept. This was just to see the transactions in the time period you wanted. I don't save it because I might need to view another account number. I don't want to have to create a report for this.

  • @Darlene LeVielle The queries are under the sections they were found in the DBV (GL/AR/AP/Treasury/FA) in NXT. If they are black and not clickable, then they haven't been moved over yet. But you can update the info in the DBV and then run it in NXT. If the query is blue and you can click on it when hoovering over the name, then it has been moved over and should be ready for use. So far as I can tell, ALL reporting is just under the reporting tab.

  • Tara Chappell Thank you for this information. I don't see any items in Black or in Blue in the DBV. Also, can you send the KB specific link from the total web solution link listed below that lists out the information regarding Black and Blue in DBV. Thank you again.

  • @Kevin Brazell - Under reporting in Webview. I have no reports listed whatsoever. I did last week but now all are gone.

    @Liz Ebert
    outside having something in the filters or search box, if true, you should contact support ASAP as they should all be there.
