Can't access Gift Batches

Hello, for some unknown reasons I'm no longer able to see Gift Batches.

When I go to Fundraising → Gift Management I can only see a “+Add” button and a box with attentions (for Online Data Review).

I know there are some batches because my colleagues can see them when they sign in using the same google account.

I tried to log out & log in but that didn't help. When I try to access the batches using https://host.nxt.blackbaud.com/gift-batch/gift-management?envid=… URL I see the header only

I tried to used a different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) but the issue remains the same.

Anyone else experienced this issue? Any advise?

@Marlin Integrations I had this issue during the CrowdStrike outage. Haven't had any problems since. Are you still encountering this issue, or was it resolved?

@Christine Robertson Thank you for your response. We have identified that the issue was related to being overseas.
