Recurring gifts for new donors

Hello!

We are developing an application which allows our staff to take donations from callers, but we've run into an issue handling recurring gifts for new donors. The Gift API requires a constituent id for all Gift (Create) calls, but we don't want to allow just anyone using this form to create a new constituent account. The online giving form allows unmatched gifts to go into a “holding tank”, which shows up in Gift Batches under the Fundraising/Gift Management in RE NXT. We were wondering if there was a way to send gift via the RE NXT APIs into that same batch “holding tank”, as this is how we would like to handle new account creation when necessary.
