Restricted Access for Report Viewing

Greetings,

I am new to BB (implemented 2/24 although still not completely done). We had a difficult implementation. I am told I can set up one report template and, based on access provided to other users/stakeholders, that one report template and only see what they have been given access to (departments, locations, etc.).

If anyone could assist me with some setup instructions, that would be greatly appreciated.

That would be record security. It allows you to limit per user which accounts / projects they can see or not see. Here is the link to it in FENXT : Record Security
