Attributes conditionally required?

Hello! Does anyone know if there's a way to make attributes required, only if certain conditions are met? I want to make our “Organization Type” attribute required, but only for organizations. So far, I've only been able to figure out how to require it for all constituents, and that won't work. Thanks!

You cannot conditionally require attribute. Attribute is either required or not for all records of the same type.
