You have entered the restricted area

Hi, I keep getting this message when I try to use the chat or case links:

Heads up! You're in a restricted area.You can't view this page while signed in as mholbrook@jhcschool.org. Ask your administrator for access.

I am the administrator so I can't figure out what I need to do to gain access. Any thoughts?

@Mark Holbrook I will sometimes get this if I have a link to a list and the list doesn't exist anymore. You could replace “list” with gift, action, one of my reports I had created, or constituent - basically if the record no longer exists I get that message. Is that what is happening for you? If not can you give an example of what you are trying to do when you get the message?
