Adding goals on Insight

I have done a bit of searching and have not found a definitive answer.
I know where to add goals for a specific fundraisers in DB view, I want to build an insight that compares gift to the goal for the year. I am not seeing goal on the left side options.

@Geoff Anderla These are the only options currently available for goals.

The alternative is you could use a text box to type in the goals, then have insights underneath or that correspond to show the results.

Those options do not come up when searching. Maybe they are not set?

@Geoff Anderla These goals are on the campaign, fund, appeals, and packages themselves. There are no goals for fundraisers that appear in insights.
