Settings in Test Instance Different from Production

We're working on updating settings for the new changes. We've noticed that in test, we can't enter invoices using expense management using the same settings that we have in production. Is anyone else having this problem? We don't trust our settings for adding functionality to our folks since the same settings produce different results.

    @Celia Green You can ask BB to update your test environment with a more recent backup of your production environment so that the settings are the same in both, as long as you don't change anything in your production environment.

    Good luck with that… we've been told that due to technical issues the test environments can't be refreshed. No estimated date available.

    Well that is good to know. It's been over a year since we had our test environment refreshed. Even back then it took much longer than anticipated to get the refresh done. Makes me wonder what we are paying for if the test environment can't be refreshed.

  • Curious to know more about the “technical issues” with requesting a PROD refresh on TEST environments. We will probably be asking for one in the next month or so and I would like to be prepared….
