Is there a way for the conduct manager to receive a notification when an infraction comes through the system??

    @Richard Pan You can set this up when creating the infraction types. You set notifications by infranction by checking the “Notify via email” option. You can also customize the notifications that will go out from the infractions list under conduct setup.

    If we set this to notify Conduct Managers, will this always send to everyone with that role, or the notification trigger be restricted to infractions recorded only for the school division assigned in the Access Filters for that role?

    @Daniel Wallach I believe that the notification would go to only conduct managers with the correct access filter (so a lower school only conduct manager would not receive notifications for middle school students) but we only use conduct at a single school level, so I have not tested this.
