Hello. I was wondering how many users get the Green Orb fading in and out as a page is loading. This is a daily thing with our organization. The orb sticks around longer as the day progresses. The slow loading of pages reduces production and in some cases production ends for the day.

Once all of the RE items are established in NXT, will this problem end?

@Anne Swearingin We get it too. It causes immense frustration as my users have large amounts of data entry that can't be done in FENXT. Right now, we are constantly falling back to database view. I am highly concerned and hope it will be resolved but have yet to see it get better.

Sad thing is, I have asked several time and even contacted our customer success representative. They have all acted as if the green orb is not a thing or a problem. Best wishes in the change over to NXT.

@Crystal Bruce Hi Crystal! I'm just seeing this thread today. Our site also experiences extra-ordinary blinking orb time; especially in the afternoon. Were you able to get insight from your team? Thanks so much!

@Anne Swearingin After nearly 9 months of a ticket being open, complaining on here I finally had this error corrected. They stated they corrected my APP Pools. I would highly suggest this and have them work with Marcus L in cust service.
