User School Program Patch Not Working

Hi

I'm trying to use this endpoint https://developer.sky.blackbaud.com/api#api=school&operation=V1UsersPatch

to patch the school program. I have made sure the new value is active and matches the school program type table. I have Contact Card Manager role. I run the patch API, get 200, but the school program doesn't update on the user record.

I've tried other data on this API (gender, boarding_or_day) works fine…

any ideas why school_program won't update?

Looks like a bug for just that field. I'll get the team to look at it.

Meanwhile, you should open the issue with Support so you will get notified automatically when it's fixed. I'll let support know, but feel free to contact them yourself if you'd like at support.blackbaud.com.

FYI - The user patch was updated to handle school program updates correctly.
