Grading Help Needed -

Please see the question of one of my faculty members:

In the process of grading the first 4 assignments, I was 2 for 4 with success when hitting "commit evaluation". In 2 cases, it saved the grade and the comments. In the other 2, it deleted the work I had done. Frustrating.

Are other people having this issue? It doesn't seem to have a predictable reason, and I don't think it's a user error. Just a glitch in the "commit" button actually saving.

Any ideas?

I don't have any defects logged for this behavior in my backlog and I can confirm if it is happening, it is not intentional. My suggestion would be to reach out to our Support team so they can assist in troubleshooting this behavior with you. If they are able to identify a root cause, they'll get the work item sent to the correct engineering team to address.
