Monthly Attendance Reports

Hi everyone! We need to pull monthly attendance reports for all our students. Is there an easy way to set up a list/report to pull total excused absences and total unexcused absences? I was able to pull a report and manipulate the data in excel to get the results I need, just didn't know if there was an easier way to pull the total directly from BB. TIA!

    So I just made an advanced list. We wanted attendance by class section; you could easily change the fields and filters but here's what I have setup:

    In case it's hard to read this is Select Object: User Base > Absence > Excuse Type; Course Group > Course Base; Course Term; Academic Block > School Level.

    You can Filter by Excused and Unexcused. Ours is filtered by School Level and School Year, and I have the report in order of Student ID so we see all the absences of the student all together.

    I do export mine into Google sheets and have a nice visualization and pivot table of the data but you don't need to if you're able to get what you want just from the report.
