Tuition Management has disappeared!

What do I do when Tuition Management has disappeared from my drop down menu. I spend most of my time in Financial Edge, but I do have to get into TM to do my month end transfers to the GL. Today, TM is missing from my drop down menu. I've logged off and rebooted my machine, but still no TM! Help!! I did create a new support case, so hopefully I will hear something soon.

This morning I asked Alex if there was another way to access TM and he gave me a URL, which worked. I don't think this is my permanent solution though. I need to know why it disappeared from my drop down menu and get it back.

I was able to go to https://tuition.blackbaud.school and sign in. This is sort of a workaround, not the real solution in my opinion.

This happened to me too. Please let us what support has to say about a fix. Meanwhile, I'll try using your workaround to sign in.
