Web gifts monthly statement

Where do I find a monthly statement for the RE webgifts? Our business office is requesting a statement to reconcile with like we have in the past with our previous processor. I need it to show the daily deposits and any fees, etc. Thank you!

    @Julie games Any gifts that come in to your organization through NXT donation forms or Online Express will be found in the Merchant Services portal. You should have it available in the left menu bar of your Blackbaud website.

    In that portal, you can run reports on the transactions that have come through your organization.

    @Dariel Dixon thanks for that info. when i try to run those reports nothing comes up even after i clear the filters

    @Julie games I would reach out to your account manager and see what your organization has for it's disbursement schedule? Do you have any transactions in your history? I'd also check to see that your donation pages are set to the right processor, and not to a dummy processor or in test mode.

    If you have transactions that came through, they should be available in your disbursement reports. If you aren't the administrator, you may need to make sure you have access to this data.
