Bytespree Data Connector

Is anyone in this group working with a direct mail marketing company called RKD Alpha Dog and using their Bytespree connector to transfer data? How has your experience been? Are you able to control the settings of the connector and make updates to the rules as needed? They are asking for permission for query and export. I can set that up easily in the database view, but I'm unsure of what role I would assign that in NXT.

@Robin Evans I think you may want to ask them for a bit more documentation on that. Based on my understanding, it would need the rights to add/edit records at a minimum (plus potentially some with areas for the Sky API).

@Christine Robertson I did ask some additional questions and didn't really like the answers, so told them earlier this afternoon that we would be changing directions and not using the connector. I liked the idea of taking something off my team's plate and do want to embrace new technologies to work smarter and not harder, but this just wasn't feeling good.

@Robin Evans I'm a big fan of using Importomatic or Importacular so you can control the mappings, etc. I know others will say Power Automate as well.
