The add-in worked last quarter for my finance team but now we just get THIS and can't figure out why! the green dot just bounces for all eternity and never actually submits. I'm going batty...

    @Kacie Wise I have received this little red box in the past. A few weeks ago, I actually opened a case about it. But because I didn't have a picture of the red box, they said there was nothing they could do. If I get it again, I will certainly send a screenshot. My case number is 019864189 if you want to reference it.

    I have had this red box with no explanation in the past. Once was an invalid department that I had to determine through verifying all departments in my entry. Last week, I hit submit about 5 times and the journal entry actually uploaded. So there was no error in the file. Again, extremely frustrating.
