Credit Card feed not updating

Our credit card feed hasn't been updating for over a month now. I have a support case on it already. We use US Bank Visa and I know they did an update on their interface so guess that caused the problem. I am just wondering if anyone else here uses US Bank Visa and if their credit card feed is not working either.

    Do you see the green blinking dot endlessly when you hit refresh? If so, this happens to us a couple times per month and we need to go to Treasury - Credit Card Accounts - Manage feeds - Connect credit card feeds - then go the process of relinking the account. Not sure if this is your issue but it happens for our Elan account and has never happened with our Blackbaud p-cards.

    No blinking green dot. It does bring up a login box for the credit card and when I enter it, it look like it is connect, but then gives me a Technical Error message. I was wondering if other people with US Bank Visa cards have the same problem. Maybe it is just our account.

    Our AMEX feed has been broken since July and that was after it was broken 3 out of 4 weeks in June. We have had a ticket open since July with very little response. They keep referring us to their P-cards, which is not an option for us. Just this past week they claimed they were escalating it with Yodlee. I asked for that last summer and all I got was silence from Blackbaud support.

    Our credit card feed is still not working. US Bank Visa did something with their MFA which seems to be the problem. I have been told twice that either Yodlee or US Bank changed something so try again, but still not working. 5 months now. :( Really unfortunate because the credit card feed is one of our favourite features and it was working well for a long time. (Other than it can't handle refund transactions.) Maybe some day it will work again.
