I am not able to get the subscription key
i want to integrate to dataconnect tool for connecting my salesforce account to raiser's edge Nxt
I get the primary and secondary subscription keys but when I am using those keys to loginng into the my dataconnect tool its shows like (You don’t have access to any SKY API enabled Blackbaud products.Please contact your organisation's administrator).
i am not able to connect how can I do this?
if any one know this solution please guide me how to do this?
