NXT Work Center Fundraiser Assignments - How to Fully End?

I'm attempting to get Fundraiser's to adopt NXT Work Center, and I'm having an issue managing Fundraiser Assignments effectively. It seems when I end assignments they still appear in the Fundraisers portfolio in NXT Work Center and in “Needs Attention”. Can I have them not appear there without deleting the assignment, losing all that history? Thanks!

    We do it this way and don't have this issue. Are you putting in an end date for the past fundraiser and a start date for the new? You shouldn't have to delete anything - that historical information is so helpful!!
    Along with the end date, we change the former fundraiser to a “Former Gift Officer” (or similar) Fundraiser Type when the relationship changes. This adds an extra, more obvious layer of finality.

    @Jess Taylor Thanks very much for the response! It worked, just took some tie (maybe overnight?) to fully register in NXT. I was demoing for people and there was lag time, so I kind of panicked :) anyway, thanks again!
