Giving teachers access to all official comments

I'm wondering how to give teachers access to all the student's official comments when they go into their profile. At this point it just shows the official comment they wrote.

@Richard Pan If you're referring to Official Notes, the access level is set when the Official Note Type is created. For example, if you're in Academics > Communication > Official Notes > Official Note Types, you can add a new Official Note. Enter the general information, assign the grade levels and then, below that, you'll see the Group Access Area:

Check the roles who you want to assign access to. And there's an explanation of each role group:
